David Clarke Associates Architects

	Quality Assured David Clarke Associates has been audited by the British Standard Institute and our quality management system approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

	St James's Club & Hotel, London DCA has recently been appointed as lead consultant on works to re-vitalise the landmark 5 star boutique hotel located in one of London's smartest districts. The design team includes Parker Liddell Interior Design Consultants. Construction work is due to start in autumn 2006.

	Harris Hotel, Outer Hebrides DCA has recently completed additional upgrading works to bedrooms. Work included the creation of a new suite, and specification and sourcing of all furniture and fittings.

MERGER and GROWTH The practice has merged with Bailey Associates, a multi-disciplinary practice based in Orpington. Their expertise includes mechanical and electrical engineering, architecture and planning supervision. DCA will strengthen the architectural side of the organisation. The combined skills will enable both parts of the new organisation to offer a wider range of services and take on larger projects. DCA will retain its identity and will continue to be led by David Clarke from the Kew offices, but with added resources from the group.

	Richmond Gate and Hill Hotels DCA are currently progressing the design of improved facilities within the hotels, a spa centre, and more guest accommodation within the listed wing of the Richmond Gate and the listed third and fourth floors of the Richmond Hill.
